The Service is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. By entering any draw or instant-win game you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to participate. We may verify your age and identity before awarding any prize.

Each main draw requires you to solve a skill-based riddle correctly and purchase one or more tickets. Each ticket is assigned a unique ticket number. When a draw reaches its maximum number of tickets, a winning ticket is selected at random from every ticket sold and the holder is declared the winner.

A draw may also close on its stated end date. Where a draw does not sell out, no winner is drawn and entries may be carried to a future draw or refunded at our discretion, as stated on the individual draw.

Instant-win games require you to solve a riddle and purchase a single scratch. The outcome is determined by a weighted random draw at the moment you reveal the scratch. Each game states its maximum prize and approximate odds. A win is recorded against your account and paid in accordance with these terms.

Ticket prices, the maximum number of tickets and the prize (or cash alternative) for each draw are shown on the draw page. Your odds of winning equal one divided by the total number of tickets in that draw. Purchasing more tickets increases your chances but does not guarantee a win.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your entry is confirmed only once Stripe has successfully received your payment. Riddle answers are checked before a checkout is created; an incorrect answer will prevent purchase.

Winners will be notified via the email address on their account and announced on the Wall of Winners. Where a cash alternative is stated, the winner may elect to receive that cash amount in place of the described prize. Prizes are paid or delivered within 28 days of a successful claim and any required identity verification.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and re-allocated at our discretion.

We donate 2% of all ticket sales to Mind Mental Health Charity. This contribution is made from our sales revenue and is not deducted from your prize.

As entries are processed immediately and tickets are assigned on payment, entries are non-refundable except where required by law. If a draw is cancelled by us, all entries for that draw will be refunded in full.

You must play responsibly. The Service is intended for entertainment. If gambling is affecting your life, help is available from GambleAware and Mind. You can set a weekly spending limit from your account dashboard.

You may not enter using automated means, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or attempt to manipulate the draw or instant-win mechanics. We may void entries, withhold prizes and close accounts where we believe these rules have been broken.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single entry is limited to the price paid for that entry. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, except where exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
